Elders and stakeholders enjoyed a surprise visit from Huey Wiley and his mandolin this morning. Elders sang and laughed through the “butter beans” song and got quite spirited with “She’ll be Comin’ Round the Mountain!” After, elders in our Serenity Unit enjoyed some fresh baked cookies and they even got up and danced to Huey’s mandolin tunes!
