Signature Health Care is constantly evolving—searching for competent people to fill positions that are vacated when new opportunities appear. Tiffany Winchel is moving on as she becomes an Administrator In Training (AIT) and is receiving her actual instruction here at MCRC.
After 7 ½ years as the Admission & Marketing Director, Tiffany recalls fondly her experiences in assisting families during difficult times when they must place a loved one in long term care. Educating them about the different aspects of our facility—the strengths that can be counted on and emphasizing awareness of items needed to complete the whole admission process were a portion of her special memories. Being involved with the fantastic folks in Butler County and striving to ensure placement as needed composed a great deal of her time and she excelled at this.
Coming on board is a well trained and equally competent veteran in long term care—Jamie Howard from Bowling Green. She is married to Jayson and they are the proud parents of a four-year-old son, Boston.
Jamie has been involved for 12 years obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Therapy and earning her Master’s Degree in Social Work. Jamie participated in a year-long internship through a long-term care center in Bowling Green. One of her previous specialties was being involved in the Brain Injury Alliance (assisting veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan). She began her new position here in June and is committed to assisting the elders at our facility and becoming involved in this community that she already loves.
Both ladies expressed pride in being employed at MCRC and were equally boastful of the hard-working stakeholders who strive so hard at making the new life for residents so meaningful. With employees like both of these ladies who care so deeply for others the already admired name of Signature will be unequaled in the industry. A welcome to Jamie and continued success for Tiffany is our heartfelt petition!
